Aisha Jamila Hinds is a popular American actor. Her fame is due to the roles she played in the TV show The Shield, and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her versatility in acting by giving outstanding performances in television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. She was first noticed for her role as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. However, it was her character in the role of Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's right to rights) within the biography All the Way film that brought her fame as an actor. Hind's performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground was also highly praised. The father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist, who died on March 18 2017 and the Mother Vrinda is a domestic worker. Aditya Rai is her older brother is a merchant marine engineer. Bachchan's brother produced and co-wrote Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mom. She went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family moved to. She spent the first five years during her teenage years studying classical dance and music. Her most loved topic was zoology. Bachchan was an undergraduate student in architecture in 1994 when she won the title of Miss World. The award catapulted her into the modeling industry's fast pace. She was awarded lucrative contracts with Vogue magazine and PepsiCo Inc., along with the L'Oreal Paris spokesperson contract in 2003. She had a successful acting career with her roles in Iruvar (1997 as well as Aur Pyaar ho Gaya (1997). In April 2007, she got married Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star, and daughter of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that brought together two of India's most powerful actors.
